Before you call — safe first checks
If a circuit has tripped, unplug anything recently added to that circuit and try resetting once. If it trips again, leave it off and call us — repeated resetting on a genuine fault is unsafe. If you can smell burning, or see scorching around a socket or the consumer unit, switch off at the main switch and do not use the circuit until it has been inspected.

For urgent faults we attend the same day where possible. For anything less pressing we'll agree a slot that suits you when you book.
Do you charge for a callout?
The guide price above covers the callout including the first hour on site. Parts are quoted separately and confirmed with you before any work begins — no hidden costs.
Can you handle maintenance for my rental properties?
Yes. We work with landlords and letting agents across East London on everything from urgent tenant callouts to planned maintenance between tenancies, and we can set up a schedule so certificates and inspections never lapse.
Will you deal with my tenant directly?
If you would like us to. With your authority we arrange access with the tenant, carry out the work and report back to you, so you are not relaying messages between two parties.
