How we handle your information

When you contact us, request a quote, or book work with us, we may collect:

Your name, email address, phone number and the address of the property where work is to be carried out.

Details of the service you need, your preferred dates, and any notes or photos you choose to share.

Records of work carried out and certificates issued, so they can be stored in your customer portal.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, schedule and carry out work, issue certificates, store your documents in your customer portal, and remind you when certificates are due for renewal.

Our lawful bases are performance of a contract (or steps before entering one), compliance with legal obligations (such as certification and record-keeping duties), and our legitimate interest in running and improving our services.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to deliver our services — for example with certification bodies and scheme operators (such as NICEIC) where registration of work is required, and with service providers who support our systems under appropriate safeguards.

We keep job and certificate records for as long as they are needed for legal, insurance and warranty purposes — typically a minimum of six years. Enquiry details that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Where features remember information (for example a quote request reference), that information is stored in your own browser's local storage and is not transmitted to us automatically.
